1.21 Gigahops - IPA

Cold Winter Cabin - Stout
Picture this, it’s cold outside and you're indoors with a nice fire and great music. The only thing that can make this night better is a delicious pint. Here it is! An American stout brewed with specialty malts that give a roasted, toasted, chocolaty flavor. Not too heavy and not too light, this stout is a perfect balance of flavors to really enjoy anytime.
Grain Juice - Kölsch
Are you telling me this beer is just water, base malt, a tiny bit of hops, and yeast? Yes we are! The star of the show is the yeast! The specific Kölsch yeast used in the brewing process accents the grains and make a most crushable, easy-to-drink beer that packs a ton of flavor.
Sweet Fraulein - Hefeweizen
Why should we have to wait until October to enjoy a great German beer? We say wait no more! We brewed a flavorful, mouth-watering Hefeweizen that pays tribute to the German brewing ways. Our Hefeweizen is brewed with German Hallertau Noble Hops, wheat and pilsner malt. To finish the beer off right, we use a Hefeweizen yeast and ferment at temperatures that give a balance between the banana and clove flavor traditionally found in German Hefeweizens.
